PPL Songs (Aghani El Khalq / أغاني الخلق) is a label founded by Abdullah Miniawy, produced by Phosphoric Passport. PPL Songs is a record label. It is a platform, a festival, and a movement. We support artists with fair deals, protect their authorship, and reimagine how music reaches people. At its heart, the label is rooted in the human voice—as presence, as protest, as poetry. The project began with a simple but striking comment: “None of these songs are for the people.” We took that as a call to act. Our mission is to make art accessible, to free it from extractive systems, and to restore its role as a shared cultural force. PPL Songs builds a living bridge between Europe and Egypt—between traditions and experiments, between grassroots communities and contemporary stages. We work across borders to create space for voices often left unheard. Our motto is simple: Music From and For the People.
